💡Answer: As long as your naps are kept short — around 20 or 30 minutes — they’re a fantastic way to revitalize midday without causing sleep loss at night. In fact, we’re naturally wired for naps: your body automatically secretes a burst of melatonin every afternoon to help lull you to sleep (hence your post-lunch energy dip).
