It is almost surprising how bright it is when taking the mask off. While I rarely have a hard time falling asleep, if I do, I put the mask on and it makes it easier to fall asleep. It is so soft and comfortable to wear. My husband also loves his and uses it every single day. Great gift idea too!

I have dry-eye syndrome, which the ceiling fan above our bed aggravates this condition. Now that I have the mask, I don’t know how I managed before without it. I love the light weight and black-out qualities also of the silk mask. It’s so soft and light that I don’t even realize that I have it on while I sleep. I have also been using the steam eye cups. I warm them in the microwave for 15 seconds instead of 30 seconds. They are very soothing and relaxing.

This sleep mask has been so incredible to use and it is intensely comfortable on your face, AND, it truly is a fully black out mask. No light gets in, and you can KEEP YOUR EYES OPEN! There’s enough space for even my cow eyelashes!
