Our bedroom has big balcony windows so we always get plenty of light which can be a pain in when you're trying to sleep during the day, but that hasn't been a problem at all since wearing my manta mask, I never go to bed without it now

I have dry-eye syndrome, which the ceiling fan above our bed aggravates this condition. Now that I have the mask, I don’t know how I managed before without it. I love the light weight and black-out qualities also of the silk mask. It’s so soft and light that I don’t even realize that I have it on while I sleep. I have also been using the steam eye cups. I warm them in the microwave for 15 seconds instead of 30 seconds. They are very soothing and relaxing.
