Shipping policy

Processing

Our fulfillment team will process your order within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note that delivery times may be longer than usual during the holiday season due to increased order volumes and potential carrier delays.

Standard Shipping

USA

The standard shipping rate within the USA is $7 for orders under $105. Shipping is free for orders of $105 or above.

  • Contiguous USA - once shipped, your order should arrive within 2-3 business days.
  • PO boxes & military addresses - for PO Box deliveries, your order should arrive within 2-6 business days. For military addresses, please allow 20-90 business days for your order to arrive.

International

Standard international shipping starts at $10, and may increase depending on the weight of your order. Please be advised that for the standard shipping option, your local post would be in charge of the actual delivery. Delivery will take 7-21 business days after an order has shipped.

Please note: Deliveries to the following Middle East countries are temporarily paused due to ongoing disruptions affecting shipping routes: Bahrain, Israel, Kuwait, Lebanon, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and UAE. We hope to resume service as soon as shipping conditions stabilize.

  • Delivery will take 7-21 business days after an order has shipped.

Express Shipping

USA

  • $15 (flat rate)
  • Order should arrive 2 business days after it has shipped.
  • Express shipping does not apply to PO boxes.

International

  • Rates depend on the weight of the order. Please select “Express Shipping” at checkout to get an estimate.
  • Order should arrive within 2-6 business days after it has shipped.

Please note that the weight limit for express shipping is 10lbs (4.5kg).

Taxes & VAT

Domestic shipments within the USA may be subject to state sales tax, depending on local state laws.

For international orders, Manta Sleep will not be able to cover or refund any duty fees incurred by your local laws. In most cases, customs fees will not apply due to the relatively low value of the shipment. However, we still encourage checking the customs laws of your local region before making a purchase.
