Absolutely. We specifically designed our earplugs for sleeping on your side. The ultra-soft silicone seals flex as you move, while the 0.5mm shell flattens out to ensure zero pressure against the pillow.

Finding the right fit can be incredibly frustrating and we designed our kit to solve this problem for good. Every box includes five complete sizes, from XS to XL, so you can find the one that feels like it was made just for you. And with a small overlap from one size to the next, you’re never between sizes.

Manta Sleep Earplugs have a Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of 14dB. Lab testing shows they perform well even at deep, low frequencies – like snoring and rumbling traffic – which are typically the hardest sounds for earplugs to block.

The NRR is a standardized rating that shows how much unwanted noise a hearing protection device can reduce. It's measured in decibels (dB), a unit used to gauge sound loudness.

Simply having a high NRR does not always guarantee a good noise-blocking experience. For example, earplugs with a high NRR may be poor at blocking noise if they don't fit you well.

With an NRR of 14dB combined with a secure, adaptive fit, Manta Sleep Earplugs significantly reduce sleep disturbances – so you're guaranteed quiet, peaceful sleep.

Yes. Our earplugs are powerful enough to reduce noise so you can get a great night’s sleep. But they’re also designed to ensure you don’t miss important sounds like your alarm or a crying baby. You can rest easy and with total peace of mind.

Your Manta Sleep Earplugs are built for durability. With proper care, a single pair is designed to provide up to 12 months of nightly use, making them a long-lasting alternative to disposable plugs.

Keeping your earplugs fresh and durable is simple. To protect the soft inner foam core, please avoid using water or soap.

Instead, just gently wipe the outer silicone shell with a clean cloth lightly dampened with rubbing alcohol after every few uses. Let them air dry completely before placing them back in the premium magnetic carry case. Taking a moment for this simple routine keeps your favorite pair in perfect condition, ready for up to a year of peaceful rest.

We get it. The frustration from earplugs that hurt, fall out or just don't work is the reason we created these in the first place. They are designed to be the definitive solution to your search.

We're confident you'll feel the difference, but we want you to be confident too. That's why we’ve got you covered. Every Manta Sleep product is backed by our 60-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not happy for any reason, just send them back for a quick, no-hassle refund.
