Yes. Manta SOUND Sleep Mask is designed specifically for side sleepers with a thin single strap and the ultra-thin Bluetooth® headphones are only 5mm — as thin as a yoga mat — so you can’t feel them at all, even when you’re on your side.

The speakers are padded for all-night comfort in any position and the C-shaped eye cups sit completely flat against your temple, so you can lie comfortably on your side.

Every part of your Manta SOUND Sleep Mask is adjustable and is designed to fit every face type perfectly, from the head strap to the eye cups and the position of the Bluetooth® speakers.

The flexible, 4-way stretch head strap flexes with you and adapts to your head shape and the curved design wraps comfortably over your ears and around the back of your head, so your mask stays in place through the night.

The Manta White Noise Machine includes 25 gapless sounds across six categories:

• Color Noise – Brown Noise, Amber Noise, Pink Noise, White Noise, Blue Noise and Violet Noise
• Fan – Drone, Vortex, Whirl and Rush
• Rain – Downpour, Thunderstorm, Monsoon and Drizzle
• Ocean – Ocean Swell, Rolling Waves, Surging Sea and Pebble Shore
• Nature – Green Valley, Green Peaks, Woodland Stream and Rainforest Canopy
• Ambient – Secluded Oasis, Piano Mirage and Celestial Drift

Absolutely. We designed these with side sleepers as our top priority. The unique Zero-Pressure Shell design — a memory foam core with a soft silicone shell — is made to gently conform to your ear shape when you lie on your side, completely eliminating pressure points. That’s why users in head-to-head comparisons rated Manta Earplugs #1 for side-sleep comfort.

Finding the right fit can be incredibly frustrating and we designed our kit to solve this problem for good. Every box includes 5 complete sizes, from XS to XL, so you can find the one that feels like it was made just for you. You’re guaranteed to find a perfect, secure seal.

Manta Sleep Earplugs have a Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of 14dB.

The NRR is a standardized rating that shows how much unwanted noise a hearing protection device can reduce. It’s measured in decibels (dB), a unit used to gauge sound loudness.

Simply having a high NRR does not always guarantee a good noise-blocking experience. For example, earplugs with a high NRR may be poor at blocking noise if they don’t fit you well.

With an NRR of 14dB combined with a secure, adaptive fit, Manta Sleep Earplugs significantly reduce sleep disturbances like traffic and noisy neighbors — so you’re guaranteed quiet, peaceful sleep.
