These cooling cups are great when I have a migraine or sinus headache. Kinda heavy on the eyes but work for short periods of time. Basically once the coolness starts to wear off. Soft material on the eyes/ face.

This is my second eye mask and I splurged on the cool eye pads this time. I have only used them once when I was on the brink of a sinus headache. They are amazing! I am very happy with them.
