Absolutely. We specifically designed our earplugs for sleeping on your side.  The unique Zero-Pressure Shell design — a memory foam core with a soft silicone shell — is made to gently conform to your ear shape when you lie on your side, completely eliminating pressure points. That’s why users in head-to-head comparisons rated Manta Earplugs #1 for side-sleep comfort.

Finding the right fit can be incredibly frustrating and we designed our kit to solve this problem for good. Every box includes 5 complete sizes, from XS to XL, so you can find the one that feels like it was made just for you. You’re guaranteed to find a perfect, secure seal.

No — we’ve eliminated that frustrating process. Instead of one pair of earplugs with a few fiddly, unusable tips, your kit includes 5 complete, fully functional pairs of earplugs in 5 distinct sizes. This makes finding your ideal fit simple and hassle-free, with no small parts to lose.

Plus, there’s no waste. Once you find your size, the other pairs are perfect for your partner, family or friends to find their own fit.

Manta Sleep Earplugs have a Noise Reduction Rating (NRR) of 14dB.

The NRR is a standardized rating that shows how much unwanted noise a hearing protection device can reduce. It’s measured in decibels (dB), a unit used to gauge sound loudness.

Simply having a high NRR does not always guarantee a good noise-blocking experience. For example, earplugs with a high NRR may be poor at blocking noise if they don’t fit you well.

With an NRR of 14dB combined with a secure, adaptive fit, Manta Sleep Earplugs significantly reduce sleep disturbances like traffic and noisy neighbors — so you’re guaranteed quiet, peaceful sleep.

Yes. Our earplugs are powerful enough to reduce noise so you can get a great night’s sleep. But they’re also designed to ensure you don’t miss important sounds like your alarm or a crying baby. You can rest easy and with total peace of mind.

Manta Sleep Earplugs are made from a memory foam core and ultra-soft silicone that’s gentle on your skin. The materials are exceptionally soft, durable and hygienic.

Your Manta Sleep Earplugs are built for durability. With proper care, a single pair is designed to provide up to 12 months of nightly use, making them a long-lasting alternative to disposable plugs.

Keeping your earplugs fresh and durable is simple. To protect the soft inner foam core, please avoid using water or soap.

Instead, just gently wipe the outer silicone shell with a clean cloth lightly dampened with rubbing alcohol after every few uses. Let them air dry completely before placing them back in their protective case. Taking a moment for this simple routine keeps your favorite pair in perfect condition, ready for up to a year of peaceful rest.

The memory foam core is securely placed during manufacturing and isn't designed to be removed. In the unlikely event that it shifts or comes loose, please do not use the earplug or attempt to re-insert the core yourself, as this can impact its comfort and effectiveness. Your experience is our top priority, so just reach out to our customer service team and we'll be happy to help you.

We get it. The frustration from earplugs that hurt, fall out or just don't work is the reason we created these in the first place. They are designed to be the definitive solution to your search.

We're confident you'll feel the difference, but we want you to be confident too. That's why we’ve got you covered. Every Manta Sleep product is backed by our 60-day money-back guarantee. If you’re not happy for any reason, just send them back for a quick, no-hassle refund.

We designed Manta Sleep Earplugs to be the most comfortable sleep earplugs in existence, so we were thrilled when the test results proved it. In head-to-head comparisons, users consistently ranked Manta Earplugs #1 for both overall comfort and side-sleep comfort over the leading brands. Users also found that our noise reduction was just as effective as the top competitors on the market.
