I have trouble falling asleep and staying asleep. This mask distracts my brain to not pay attention to outside factors, lights, noise outside of my home, apartment neighbors up at strange hours. I can fall asleep almost immediately when I throw these on with a nice sleep sound playlist.

Where do I even begin? I want to keep this simple and sincere because, like you, I relied on reviews to make the decision to invest in this product. And I'm so glad I did.I've battled insomnia my entire life. As a child, I'd lie awake long past midnight, my mind racing, afraid of the dark, and unable to shut down. As an adult, and even with Dr.'s help w/ drugs or lifestyle changes that didn't work I resigned myself to a few hours of restless sleep each night, assuming that was just how things would always be. But then I found the Manta Mask with Sound, and everything changed. I can't express how much this product has transformed my nights. If you’re anything like me, do yourself a favor and take the plunge. It’s absolutely worth it.Admittedly, the mask does take some getting used to. Having something on your face while you sleep might feel strange at first. But after six months of use, I've grown so accustomed to the gentle weight and snug fit that I now find it comforting—I can’t sleep without it.The sound quality is fantastic. I couldn’t recommend this mask more. I’ve used Manta masks for years now and this one is the Mac-daddy for sleep anytime. I work a lot of shift work and have four kids. They are never quiet unless something is wrong. With this mask, I can ignore the shenanigans and be ready to fly when I go into work.

This is my first sleep mask but I love listening to soothing music or sounds and never found a comfortable way to enjoy that while laying down as a side sleeper..until now you can’t feel them at all. And the blackout is amazing. I couldn’t be happier. And if you are like me and thinking that’s a lot of money for sleep mask. It’s well worth it I promise. Love love love
