Our bedroom gets a lot of light, especially in the morning. I have tried other masks, but Manta Sleep Mask is amazing. The mask really blocks out the light. It is almost surprising how bright it is when taking the mask off. While I rarely have a hard time falling asleep, if I do, I put the mask on and it makes it easier to fall asleep. It is so soft and comfortable to wear. My husband also loves his and uses it every single day. Great gift idea too!

I love the light weight and black-out qualities also of the silk mask. It’s so soft and light that I don’t even realize that I have it on while I sleep. I have also been using the steam eye cups. I warm them in the microwave for 15 seconds instead of 30 seconds. They are very soothing and relaxing.
