    Excellent so far

    I used the cold cups and they really helped with a tension headache. I still need to try the hot ones but I'm confident they will do their job well too.

    Nice Me Break!

    I like the Manta Fire & Ice Bundle. I alternate discs and place them over my eyes as a me break. So far I haven't used them with a mask, but hope to do that combo soon.

    Best masks ever!

    These masks are amazing. I bought some for my kids, my husband, and myself; we loved them so much I bought all of the extras and loved those just as much! My youngest used the cooling pads when they need to relax and the warming pads are perfect when I need some sinus relief. We have had such a great experience I bought a mask for my sister after she had her baby, with all of the extras! I will always recommend these products to friends and family. Perfect gift!

    Accessories are worth it

    I’m a noc shift RN, and my fave thing to do is put the ice or hot packs on my mask and listen to rain/ocean sounds. I’m asleep pretty quickly after that, and I have chronic insomnia. The heat/cold lasts about an hour. Also good to put on your forehead!
