We are very sorry to hear that your Sound Mask isn't comfortable. Because everyone’s facial structure is unique, we designed our masks with full adjustability so you can fine-tune the fit. We highly recommend experimenting with widening or angling the eye cups and adjusting the placement of the ultra-thin speakers to match your anatomy, which often allows you to loosen the head strap while still maintaining a total blackout.
