What’s your return policy?
We guarantee that your Manta will transform your sleep. That’s why every Manta (except those purchased during limited-time sales events) comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee.
If your Manta doesn’t work for you for any reason, you’re 100% covered — simply reach out to our customer success team via our contact page and let them know why the product didn’t work for you. They will provide you with a prepaid return label via email and once we’ve received the item back in good condition and its original packaging, we’ll provide you either with store credit or a refund for the item you purchased.
If you’ve paid for shipping, please be advised that we won’t be able to refund the shipping fee as the payment goes directly to our shipping partners. Please also note that all products purchased via limited-time sales events (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Holiday Sales, Clearance, etc.) are considered final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
What’s your warranty policy?
At Manta Sleep, we stand behind the quality of our products.
In the unlikely event that your Manta doesn’t meet your expectations, or if you encounter a manufacturing defect, we’ve got you covered with:
- Non-electronic products: a six (6) month warranty from the date of purchase.
- Electronic products: a one (1) year warranty from the date of purchase.
Just reach out to our Customer Success Team at support@mantasleep.com and let them know what you’re experiencing so we can make it right. Please note that we can only offer replacements of the same product that you originally purchased. For faster processing of your replacement request, we recommend sending us a video which clearly shows the issue/defect. Once our Quality Assurance team confirms the defect/issue, a return label will be issued to you so you can return the product for further inspection.
As Manta Sleep is a U.S. company, this warranty is governed by United States law. We love our customers around the world, but our warranty terms are the same everywhere and aren’t extended or modified by consumer protection laws in other countries.
Can I exchange my order for another item?
As a Manta Sleep customer, you have the option of requesting for a product exchange in lieu of a refund if your order was placed 60 days (or less) ago. We’re happy to offer an exchange if the item you’d like is the same price or lower than your original purchase. Our Customer Success Team will issue a return label for the original item that you purchased. Once the return label has been created, you will have 7 days to return the item back to our warehouse.
Please note that exchanges are limited to one per order, and once you request an exchange, your order is no longer eligible for a refund. Also, items purchased during limited-time sales events (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Holiday Sales, Clearance, etc.) aren’t eligible for a product exchange.
Please also be advised that the shipping fee would have to be paid for by the customer. Simply reach out to our Customer Success Team via our contact page so they can walk you through the exchange process.
