While I am a white noise/dark cool room sleeper like many, I have discovered the Calm app and its sleep stories, pretty much guaranteed to lull me to sleep, keeping my brain focused on things other than my hectic day. But I’m a side sleeper, and almost no earbuds/earphones are geared for that use. I’d been stuck with irritated earlobes, pain that woke me up. Enter flat Bluetooth speakers combined with the light-cancelling soft cups of the Manta Sound New Gen. The cups took a few days to soften up, but now they’re like a pillow for my eyes. And I can put on an extended playlist and drop into sleep without ear pain! I am thrilled I bought this.

The mask is of excellent quality, easy to adjust, comfortable no matter the sleeping position, and best of all, it is actually completely light-proof. The audio quality is crisp and clear, and the low-profile speakers are easy to adjust and aren't uncomfortable even when sleeping on my side. I have the best sleep ever with this mask. It's super comfortable and it's complete black-out! I don't need to use the black out curtains anymore. If I have a migraine, these give me the complete dark I need to feel better.
