I have dry eyes after cataract surgery so these eye covers are great to relieve the dryness right before bed. I also have the cool eye covers so warm at night & cool to start the day. Plus the regular covers and strap that’s more comfortable with the wider band

I’m 71 and like everyone my age have MGD. The moist heat from the zeolite works very well for this. It’s good for about ten minutes, which is just long enough to be effective; fifteen would be better but overall I’m happy with them.
